About the Role We need a designer who can code. You'll be designing and building complete websites and landing pages - owning the full process from visual concept to live deployment. What We're Looking For Design experience - You've designed websites and landing pages from scratch. Your portfolio shows strong visual sensibility, understanding of UX, typography, spacing, and layout. We can see your design quality. Technical capability - You can actually code. You're comfortable with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ideally familiar with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). You use VS Code, Git, and the terminal. You can build and deploy websites yourself. Both, not either - You've done projects where you handled BOTH the design AND the development. You didn't just design and hand off, or just implement someone else's designs. You did it all. Engineer mindset - You think like an engineer. You debug problems systematically, figure things out independently, and learn new tools quickly without hand-holding. Intelligence & critical thinking - This is crucial. You're smart, you think deeply about problems, and you can work autonomously. You make good decisions independently. SEO knowledge - You understand how to implement SEO best practices (meta tags, site structure, performance optimization, schema markup). Excellent English - Fluent written and verbal communication. You can explain technical concepts clearly. We need both skills in one person.
