Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and offer detailed information on jewelry products and care. Promote and influence sales to meet monthly and seasonal targets. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Manage inventory, coordinate with departments, and operate POS, ERP, and other retail systems. Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and welcoming. Complete payment transactions and merchandise preparation for delivery. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication in English and regional language. Basic computer and email proficiency. Knowledge of front-end retail operations and selling. Passion for sales, interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to work under pressure. Strong team player with a warm, empathetic, organized, and well-groomed personality. Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work flexible hours including weekends. This role requires delivering a superior customer experience while driving sales growth and supporting store operations. Preferred candidate profile
