Car Sales Executive

Role: Tele Sales Executive (Buyer Engagement) — CarBounty, Gurugram

Who we want

• Has worked in a new-car dealership in Gurgaon (any brand — Maruti, Hyundai, Tata, Mahindra, Kia, Honda, Toyota, MG, etc.) as a telecaller, CRE, sales consultant or lead-follow-up executive. 1–3 years is ideal.
• Knows the full car buying process end to end: enquiry → test drive → quotation → booking → finance and insurance → RTO/registration → PDI → delivery.
• Knows cars: variants, on-road vs ex-showroom price, what goes into the on-road number (tax, insurance, registration, accessories), common schemes and discounts, exchange, waiting periods.
• Knows how to sell on a call: asking the right questions, handling “I’ll think about it”, pushing for a next step, following up without annoying the buyer.
• Fluent in Hindi and English — must switch comfortably mid-call. We will test this on the phone before the interview.

What the person will do

• Call every new buyer who registers on CarBounty, same day.
• Understand what car they want, their budget, timeline, and if they have an exchange.
• Explain how CarBounty works in simple words and answer buyer questions.
• Follow up until the buyer takes the next step, then hand over to the Business Development team.
• Keep the call log and buyer sheet updated daily.

Terms

• Desk role, 6 days a week, 10:00 am–6:30 pm, office at Sector 48, Sohna Road, Gurugram.
• Salary: ₹20,000–35,000 in-hand per month + incentives on converted buyers. (See note below.)
• Growth path to Business Development Executive.

Must-haves for shortlisting

• Dealership on the CV, in Gurgaon or NCR — no exceptions.
• Phone screen in both languages cleared.
• Can join within 15–30 days.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
