Car Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through customer visits, calls, references, and other sales channels.
• Promote and sell automobile products and services to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Follow up with leads, quotations, and prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
• Conduct market research and keep track of competitor activities and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience in the automobile industry.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of automobile products, features, and market trends.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, if required.

Education

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Candidates with relevant automobile sales experience will be given preference.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile sales.
• Experience in automotive dealerships, automobile showrooms, or automotive product sales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
