Role & responsibilities Role Summary: As a Sales Engineer , you will be responsible for designing and delivering techno-commercial solutions for Fire Alarm Systems , Fire Suppression Systems , and Public Address Systems . This dynamic role combines technical expertise with sales acumen and involves end-to-end engagementfrom lead generation to deal closure. Key Responsibilities: Design and propose customized solutions based on client requirements Generate leads through various channels and maintain a strong sales pipeline Conduct client visits, site surveys, and technical discussions Deliver product and solution presentations to stakeholders Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively Collaborate with internal teams for project handover and implementation Travel within Kolkata and West Bengal as required Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation preferred) 1–3 years of experience in technical sales or fire safety solutions (freshers with strong technical and communication skills may also apply) Strong understanding of fire safety systems, suppression technologies, and PA systems Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Willingness to travel extensively within the region Proficiency in MS Office Willingness to travel and meet clients( having 2 wheeler valid licence) Preferred candidate profile
