We are looking for a smart, confident, and enthusiastic Female Sales Manager to lead our local product sales. --- Job Description As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for introducing and selling our automotive products (such as car shampoo, dashboard polish, ceramic sprays, etc.) to: Local car workshops Automobile stores Spare part dealers Corporate car fleets --- Key Responsibilities Identify and approach new business leads in and around Kolkata Regular follow-ups and relationship management with clients Generate and track sales orders and collections Conduct product demonstrations when needed Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Report to management with performance updates --- Required Skills Excellent communication and persuasion skills Confident in field sales and local travel Basic understanding of automotive products preferred Must be presentable and self-motivated Prior automotive or FMCG sales experience is a plus --- Eligibility Criteria Gender: Female only Education: Minimum Graduate (MBA will ad preference) Experience: 1–3 years (Automotive industry preferred but not mandatory) Language: Fluent in Bengali and Hindi; English is a bonus Must be comfortable with field sales in local markets --- Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹10,000 per month (Fixed) Incentive: Attractive commission on every successful sale Working Days: Monday to Saturday Leaves: 12 Personal + 6 Sick Leaves annually Public Holidays: As per local calendar --- Why Join Us?
