Plan routes and adjust to traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle, including regular servicing and inspections. Maintain records of travel, expenses, and vehicle maintenance. Assist the General Manager with loading/unloading luggage or packages. Handle errands and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the General Manager. Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times. Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a personal or executive driver. Familiarity with roads, routes, and traffic patterns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism. Punctual, reliable, and flexible with working hours. Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes calmly. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with senior executives or VIPs. Basic knowledge of car maintenance and troubleshooting. Defensive driving training or certification. Working Conditions: Flexible hours; availability during early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required. Some out-of-town or overnight travel may be involved.
