Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, manage the production team, ensure quality standards are met, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production activities, monitoring production processes, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Qualifications Production planning and scheduling skills Experience in overseeing production processes and managing production teams Quality control and assurance skills Ability to collaborate with different departments for smooth workflow Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
