Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QC Manager to oversee our quality control department. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and will lead a team dedicated to continuous improvement and compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product quality meets the company's standards. Lead and manage the quality control team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes and operations to identify areas for improvement. Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics, trends, and performance indicators. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Train and mentor team members on quality control practices and methodologies. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, preferably in manufacturing or production environments. Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma). Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, control charts). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
