Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tele-caller based in Jaipur, with flexibility for some work-from-home responsibilities. The Tele-caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inbound inquiries, explaining financial products and services, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. They will also focus on building and maintaining positive customer relationships and meeting performance targets. Qualifications Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and achieve sales or service goals Strong listening and problem-solving skills to address client needs Basic knowledge of financial products or willingness to learn about financial services Computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools Previous tele-calling, telemarketing, or customer service experience is a plus Fluency in Hindi and/or English; additional regional languages are an advantage
