About Us We are a small but fast-growing trading business in consumer goods. We are expanding our presence online and looking for a motivated Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Associate to help us set up and manage our online stores and digital campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for someone fresh out of college or with a digital marketing diploma who wants to gain hands-on experience across marketing, sales, and operations — from managing Shopify or Amazon stores to running Meta and Google Ads. Your Responsibilities E-Commerce & Online Sales Set up and manage online stores (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) Upload product listings with descriptions, pricing, and visuals Track inventory and coordinate with suppliers on stock and delivery Analyze sales data and recommend product or price optimizations Digital Marketing Run and monitor Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns Optimize ad targeting, keywords, and budgets to improve ROI Create social media posts, stories, and product content calendars Track performance metrics (CTR, conversions, cost per sale) and report results Operations & Coordination Support logistics for packaging, courier, and dispatch Maintain records of stock, orders, and ad spend Communicate with suppliers and warehouse partners What We’re Looking For Diploma or certification in Digital Marketing / E-Commerce / Business 0–1 year of hands-on experience with online platforms (internship experience acceptable) Basic knowledge of Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or Canva Strong interest in online selling and consumer products Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills Comfortable working independently and learning fast What You’ll Get Direct mentorship from experienced business leaders Exposure to both digital marketing and real-world sales operations Freedom to test creative ideas and campaigns Growth opportunities within our expanding online business Entry-level compensation and +20% commission on sales
