Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance. Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, bills, receipts, and vouchers. Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure cash/bank transactions are properly recorded. Support the month-end and year-end closing process. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. Maintain and update asset registers and depreciation schedules. Assist in audits (internal and external) by providing necessary documentation and clarifications. Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments for financial matters. Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and expense claims. Generate reports for management review and decision-making.
