Seeking customer service professional who can handle client needs, coordinating meetings for agreement terms, renewal negotiations, and overseeing events for community engagement. Responsibilities also include managing arrears, soliciting client feedback, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies. Job responsibilities Assess and facilitate client requirements, envisage clients needs and recommend value added service to improve tenant/customer/client delight. Work on leasing documents and update from time to time to deliver the internal targets. Facilitate meeting with internal stake holders for the clients delivery. Co-ordinate meetings with client & Legal to have consensus on terms of agreement. Work on renewal negotiation and documentation in coordination with marketing team Organize events and community vibrancy initiatives and increase client participation to make it their space. Monitor procedures to facilitate smooth handover of premises and adherence to terms of lease agreements. Arrears management to ensure timely receivables from clients. Client interface including Soliciting feedback on the additional services which could add more value to the clients and assessing the feasibility of implementation of the same. Responsible for the day-to-day application of organizational policies and procedures. Prerequisite Postgraduate/MBA with 4+ yrs. relevant experience Real Estate background primarily preferred, Hospitality & Airlines background also preferred.
