Handle incoming client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email. Follow up with leads generated through marketing and property listings. Schedule and coordinate property visits with clients and agents. Maintain professional communication with clients before and after meetings. Sales Support & Telecalling Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain available property options. Maintain and update the client database (CRM or Excel). Assist the sales team in client coordination and document collection. Bookkeeping & Office Administration Maintain daily expense records and petty cash. Update payment details, commissions, and receipts in the company ledger or Excel. Prepare simple financial reports for management review. Support day-to-day office administrative work. Requirements: Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Any equivalent field. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred). Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and bookkeeping. positive attitude, and client-first approach. Prior experience in real estate, telecalling, or office coordination will be an advantage.
