The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also play a critical role in strategizing and executing sales plans to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Monitor sales team performance and ensure individual and team targets are met. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners. Oversee the entire sales process – from lead generation to closing deals. Ensure timely follow-ups, site visits, and client meetings. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation. Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data. Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Experience with residential or commercial real estate.
