Capacity Manager - L2

In this role, you will be responsible for producing and maintaining an updated Capacity Plan that aligns with the current and future requirements of the business. You will offer advice and guidance to various business and IT departments on issues related to capacity and performance. It will be your duty to ensure that service performance consistently meets or surpasses all agreed performance targets by effectively managing the performance and capacity of services and resources. You will also be involved in diagnosing and resolving incidents and problems related to performance and capacity. Additionally, you will assess the impact of changes on the Capacity Plan and the performance and capacity of all services and resources. Implementing proactive measures to enhance service performance whenever feasible will be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring business activity patterns and service level plans, influencing Demand Management in collaboration with Finance Management, and determining the components requiring upgrades and associated costs are key aspects of this role. The ideal candidate for this position should possess expertise in ITIL Capacity Management and have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the field.
