We are seeking a motivated and experienced Furniture Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, managing staff, maintaining store standards, and overseeing inventory and display planning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Customer Experience Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets. Provide exceptional customer service and handle escalated issues. Guide customers through the furniture buying process with product knowledge and design inputs. 2. Team Management Recruit, train, and supervise sales and support staff. Schedule staff shifts and manage performance. Motivate the team to meet individual and group targets. 3. Store Operations Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including opening/closing duties. Maintain cleanliness, product arrangement, and display aesthetics. Ensure timely billing, delivery, and installation coordination. 4. Inventory & Stock Management Maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate with warehouse. Manage incoming and outgoing inventory records. Plan and manage visual merchandising. 5. Reporting & Coordination Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports. Monitor competitor activity and trends. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for timely procurement and deliveries.
• Install furniture at client sites as per layout and design • Handle delivery, assembly, and fitting of furniture pieces • Ensure safe and damage-free handling of products • Coordinate with the sales and design team for correct placement • Troubleshoot and resolve minor installation issues on-site • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
