Roles and Responsibilities Ensure smooth production operations by managing daily activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement effective production plans to meet customer demands on time. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., QC, warehouse) to ensure seamless supply chain management. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or related field. B.Sc / MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Chemistry or relevant discipline. Strong understanding of chemical production processes, including batch planning, scheduling, and control. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
