Roles & Responsibilities: Junior Technician Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth coordination between our internal teams and external PCB design and development vendor. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day troubleshooting, provide frontline tech support, and act as the communication bridge between the PCB team, manufacturing team, and field teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training & Learning: o Work with our Mechnical & Electronics team to understand the CaneBOT Machine's hardware, IoT systems, electronics and overall functionality. o Gain hands-on experience with the machine to build a deep understanding of its operation and troubleshooting procedures 2. Tech Support: o Act as the primary liaison between our team and the PCB team. o Relay issues, updates, and requirements accurately and in a timely manner. o Maintain records of communication and follow-up actions. Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure timely resolution of electronic issues in machines. o Assist in testing and validation of electronic components during machine assembly. 3. Troubleshooting & Support: o Perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting on Canebot machines as per technical team’s guidance. o Handle day-to-day technical support issues arising in the machines. o Assist in root cause analysis of repeated hardware/electronic issues. 4. Documentation & Reporting: o Maintain logs of issues, troubleshooting steps taken, and resolutions. o Share periodic updates with the PCB team and internal stakeholders. o Document recurring issues and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. o 5. Technical Collaboration: o Coordinate with the technical team to share detailed reports on issues encountered during deployments. o Participate in technical discussions and meetings to contribute insights and suggestions for improving the CaneBOT Machine. o Assist the technical team in testing and validating new features or updates to the machine. 6. Continuous Improvement: o Stay updated with the latest advancements in related technologies. o Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through continuous learning and skill development. o Contribute to the overall improvement of the CaneBOT Machine by providing feedback and suggestions based on field experience

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive Location: Pune, Maharashtra Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales & Marketing Executive who can support our rapid growth by driving franchise conversions, boosting sales across deployed locations, and contributing to brand visibility through social media content support. This role requires excellent communication skills, on-ground execution capability, and a strong bias for action. Key Responsibilities 1. Franchise Sales & Conversion Handle incoming franchise inquiries (calls, emails, website leads, walk-ins). Educate prospects about the CaneBOT business model, franchise costs, ROI, and support offered. Conduct follow-up calls, share proposals, and drive conversion from inquiry → franchise closure. Maintain inquiry logs, lead status, and weekly pipeline reports. Assist in organizing franchise webinars or investor meetings. 2. On-ground Sales Activities & Revenue Growth Visit deployed machine locations regularly to analyse footfall, customer behaviour, and sales patterns. Plan and execute on-ground activities such as sampling, kiosk branding, local promotions, and corporate engagement. Coordinate with on-site staff to ensure campaigns are executed effectively. Track sales impact of each activity and report insights for continuous improvement. Build relationships with café managers, mall management teams, corporate facility teams, etc. 3. Social Media & Content Support Collaborate with the social media agency and internal team to provide high-quality content inputs. Capture customer feedback, testimonials, photos, videos, and stories from locations. Identify trending moments or opportunities for real-time marketing. Maintain an organized content repository for use across marketing channels. Share weekly updates with the marketing team on content collected and campaign performance insights.
