Ensure smooth patient flow with minimum waiting time. F. Communication Handling Answer phone calls and assist with basic inquiries. Records & Reporting Maintain daily OPD reports, patient footfall, and appointment logs. Monitor inventory of front office materials (forms, stationary, ID cards, etc.).
