The UX Designer will be responsible for executing design processes, conducting user research, creating prototypes, and delivering engaging visual designs. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product usability, employing design thinking methodologies, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional UX solutions that meet users' needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research to understand user needs and craft innovative solutions Strong skills in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) to create impactful and user-centered designs Hands-on proficiency with Prototyping for creating and testing functional design mockups Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams Knowledge of platform usability and a deep understanding of best practices in UX and design trends Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or commensurate professional experience Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar Familiarity with educational technology and systems is a plus
