As a Creative Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing content ideas and campaign themes that align with brand tone and business objectives. Your role will involve developing content briefs, storyboards, or mood boards to guide visual teams in bringing these ideas to life, from static visuals to video-based content. You will collaborate closely with Graphic Designers and Motion Graphic Designers to ensure creative output meets campaign goals and timelines. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between clients and the Execution team, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of high-quality content within deadlines. Your responsibilities will include coordinating day-to-day project workflows, providing creative direction and feedback during the design process, and assisting in organizing creative assets for marketing campaigns. It is essential to stay updated with current trends in content, design, and digital storytelling to keep ideas fresh and engaging. To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, demonstrating strong conceptual and visual thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to work effectively with graphic and motion design teams. While a basic understanding of design and video production processes is preferred, having a portfolio showcasing your conceptual work such as content ideas and campaigns would be advantageous. Moreover, having experience in an agency environment or creative marketing setup would be a plus. A passion for branding, storytelling, and design aesthetics is also desirable to thrive in this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and proficiency in both Hindi and English is preferred.
