As a Content & Marketing Lead at our company, you will be a key player in shaping the brand narrative of our Indian ready-to-wear fashion line. Your strategic mindset, creativity, and attention to detail will be crucial in creating a brand identity that is both fresh and distinctive in the evolving fashion landscape. Your primary responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive brand marketing and content strategy in collaboration with the founder. You will be in charge of overseeing the execution of this strategy across various digital platforms such as social media, website, email, and paid campaigns. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing PR, influencer relationships, brand collaborations, and organizing offline brand events. To excel in this role, you must possess at least 5-7 years of experience in content creation, marketing, and brand building within the fashion industry. You should have a proven track record of successfully executing brand campaigns across multiple platforms and be adept at both visual and written storytelling. Your ability to translate brand values into compelling content strategies and effectively lead and motivate a team will be critical to your success.
