Role Summary: Were seeking a Creative & Content Marketing Specialist with outstanding language skills and end-to-end content ideation abilities. In this role, you will own the creation of high-impact ad copy and long-form content for LinkedIn, Google, and Meta campaigns, as well as blog articles in close collaboration with our technical marketing team. You’ll be both a strategist and a hands-on copywriter—turning marketing objectives into compelling narratives that drive engagement and conversions. Responsibilities : Campaign Copywriting & Ideation Conceptualize, write, and work with technical team to optimize ad copy for LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), e-mail and a variety of other campaigns. Develop attention-grabbing headlines, CTAs, and A/B test variants to maximize CTR and ROI. Content Strategy & Planning Partner with the technical marketing team to understand product features, use cases, and customer pain points. Generate and maintain content calendars for both paid and organic copy; aligned with product, industry events, and SEO goals. Blog & Thought Leadership Research and write technical and thought-leadership blog posts both independently and in collaboration with senior management & industry experts. Ensure all content is SEO-friendly—incorporating keywords, meta tags, and internal linking best practices. Required Qualifications A Bachelor’s or Master’s (Or Equivalent Diploma) degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field. 3+ years of professional experience in content creation, copywriting, and content marketing. Proven track record of writing high-performing ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Meta or other platforms. Excellent command of English grammar, style, and tone adaptation. Basic understanding of Digital Advertising Platforms, SEO principles and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot). Strong collaboration skills—comfortable working with technical SMEs and cross-functional teams.
