Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Promote
Clove Dental brand values
at all times.
Travel to scheduled camp locations and strictly adhere to camp schedules.
Build rapport with patients and educate them on the importance of dental health.
Create awareness about dental issues, risk factors, and the urgency of treatment.
Facilitate
immediate appointments
and direct patients to the nearest Clove Dental clinic.
Maintain and follow up on
high-value leads
(Aligners, Super Specialty Treatments, etc.).
Ensure daily data entry into
PRM
without fail.
Report to the Zonal Clinic Head and mark attendance at the nearest clinic daily.
Follow all
Biomedical Waste Management
practices.

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Mandatory proficiency in Hindi & English
(additional languages preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to navigate multiple platforms.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns.
Demonstrated soft skills to enhance patient experience.
