Key Responsibilities:

● Plan, shoot, and manage all video production activities for in house social media shoots & influencer shoots.

● Manage and handle the podcast shoots.
● Capture high-quality footage using professional cameras and ensure proper lighting, framing, and sound.● Edit raw footage into polished final videos optimized for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).● Add motion graphics, animations, text overlays, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.● Collaborate with the creative and influencer management teams to align visuals with campaign goals.● Maintain consistency in color grading, tone, and brand aesthetics.● Organize and manage video files, project backups, and version control.● Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and social media formats.

Requirements:

● Proven experience as a Cameraman and Video Editor, preferably in an agency, production house, or digital marketing setup.
● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (knowledge of Photoshop and Capcut is a plus).
● Hands-on experience with professional cameras (Sony, Canon, or similar).
● Strong understanding of composition, color, lighting, and storytelling.● Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.● Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
