Key Responsibilities Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on engineering drawings and project requirements. Coordinate with design, casting, and procurement teams to ensure accuracy in estimations. Analyze and verify technical specifications to ensure compliance with project standards. Support cost control and budgeting activities for precast or casting-related works. Validate contractor/vendor quantities and prepare detailed comparative statements. Maintain accurate project documentation and estimation records. Key Skills & Competencies Strong expertise in quantity take-offs, estimation, and cost planning .
