We are seeking a Technical Service Delivery Manager / Technical Manager specializing in Cloud Delivery Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management, optimization, and operational efficiency of AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), as well as other cloud platforms. It is essential to have hands-on experience working on Data Centre Operations. Your primary focus will be to ensure seamless global service delivery, high availability, cost efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, you will drive ITIL-based service management practices across cloud ecosystems. As a key leader in global cloud operations, you will play a crucial role in implementing ITIL best practices, such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and optimizing cloud infrastructure, ensuring multi-region scalability, and aligning cloud services with business objectives. Collaboration with internal IT teams, cloud vendors, and global business stakeholders will be necessary to enhance service reliability, security, automation, and operational excellence. This position requires expertise in ITIL-based service management and global service delivery frameworks. You will be accountable for risk management, security enforcement, regulatory compliance, and continuous service improvement. Key Skills Required: - Minimum of 10 years of IT service delivery experience, including at least 5 years managing cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, or other platforms). - Hands-on experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing cloud environments across multiple regions. - Proficiency in cloud security, compliance frameworks, and automation tools. - Demonstrated ability to lead global teams, manage vendors, and collaborate across multiple geographies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage service delivery across AWS, GCP, and other cloud platforms. - Implement and oversee ITIL-based service management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management across global cloud operations. - Establish and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain cloud service excellence. - Manage Data Centre Operations. - Oversee global cloud environments using tools like AWS CloudWatch, AWS Config, GCP Cloud Monitoring, Stackdriver, and third-party monitoring solutions. - Utilize auto-scaling, automation, and cloud-native tools such as AWS Auto Scaling, AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Functions, and Kubernetes (GKE/EKS). - Identify and mitigate cloud security risks, operational vulnerabilities, and global compliance challenges. - Align with AWS Well-Architected Framework, Google Cloud Architecture Framework, and industry best practices. - Drive continuous service improvement by leveraging emerging cloud technologies, AI/ML-driven automation, and cost-optimization strategies. Qualifications: - Professional cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) are highly desired but not mandatory. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of IT service delivery experience, with at least 5 years managing cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, or other platforms). You are a highly experienced professional with hands-on expertise in AWS, GCP, Oracle, Web, client/server, databases, network, high availability, disaster recovery, job scheduling, asset management, lease management, software distribution, and help desk services. As a skilled candidate, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing scalable, secure, and reliable cloud architectures on AWS or GCP. Your role will involve managing global cloud operations and ensuring data center operations run smoothly, including server management, storage, networking, and maintaining uptime and reliability. You will also play a crucial role in leading technical teams, mentoring cloud engineers, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Communication through all support tiers, defining key performance indicators, managing security policies, and working on complex problems with operations and development teams will be part of your daily responsibilities.
