We are seeking a Finance Intern (On-Site) to work shoulder-to-shoulder with our founder and partners, gaining direct exposure to investors, venture capitalists, and industry decision-makers at the highest level. As a CRR Finance Intern, you will: Sit in on boardroom-level discussions normally reserved for senior executives. Work on live deals, negotiations, and multi-crore investment evaluations . Build financial models and valuation strategies that will impact real transactions. Trendspotter – Spot shifts in ESG, fintech, or crypto—and turn them into competitive edges. Risk Radar – Quantify threats and craft airtight mitigation strategies. Investor Maestro – Deliver world-class dashboards, one-pagers, and pitch decks. Stealth Analyst – Guard and analyze confidential data with absolute discretion. Qualifications Bachelor’s (or final-year) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Exceptional analytical ability—capable of uncovering truths buried deep in financials. Strong modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets); familiarity with DCF, comparables, precedent transactions preferred. World-class communication—able to make numbers tell stories investors can’t ignore.
