FixandFurnish LLP provides professional furniture assembly, repair, and installation services across 8000+ pin codes in India. We partner with e-commerce furniture sellers to ensure smooth post-delivery services for their customers.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated individual to support our calling operations and data entry tasks. The role is suitable for freshers, interns, or full-time candidates looking to build experience in customer support and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to vendors/clients/customers as required.
• Maintain and update records in Excel/CRM with accuracy.
• Assist the team with daily follow-ups, data collection, and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform basic administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English (verbal and written).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets, email handling).
• Ability to multitask and work with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in calling or data entry is a plus, but not mandatory.
