You are being sought after to join our team as a Tier 1 Technical Support Agent based in Mohali. Your primary responsibility will be to address initial support queries from users in the US regarding internet, operating systems, and application concerns. Your role will involve providing solutions at the first level or escalating more complex issues to Tier 2 support. Additionally, you will be required to update case logs, offer estimated resolution times, and suggest standard support plans to the users. Ideally, you should possess excellent communication skills and have prior experience in technical support or BPO environments. This will enable you to effectively handle calls and ensure a seamless support experience for our users. The position is full-time and permanent, with a fixed night shift schedule.
