We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecalling Executives to join our company and support outbound banking campaigns. The role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote financial products, qualify leads, and support documentation for loan applications.
Task Description
Outbound Calling
Make daily calls to leads or cold prospects to promote banking products
Product Pitching
Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and benefits clearly
Lead Qualification
Identify interested customers and assess basic eligibility (salary, KYC)
CRM Updates
Log call outcomes, follow-up status, and customer responses in CRM system
Follow-ups
Re-engage warm leads, resolve queries, and push toward application closure
Documentation Support
Guide customers on required documents (ID, income proof, bank statements)
Target Achievement
Meet daily/weekly call quotas and conversion goals
Compliance Handling
Ensure calls follow RBI/Bank guidelines and avoid mis-selling
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
