Call Center Representative (US Accent Required)

We are looking for a Call Center Representative with an excellent US accent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Assist customers with inquiries, support, and service-related questions.
• Maintain accurate call logs and follow communication guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

• Strong, neutral US accent (mandatory).
• Excellent English speaking and listening skills.
• Willingness to work US business hours (EST or PST).
• Previous call center/customer support experience preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
