Role : Call Centre Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of approximately

  10 callers

  .
• Ensure call quality, productivity, and performance targets are met.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer or stakeholder concerns efficiently.
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports on team performance, call metrics, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.

Eligibility Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Graduate or above

  in Journalism / Marketing / Mass Communication.
• Minimum

  3+ years of relevant experience

  in call center operations or team management.
• Proven experience managing a team of

  10 or more members

  .
• Prior experience working with

  government or political departments

  .
• Must be locally based in

  Jaipur

  .
• Proficiency in

  Hindi

  .
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and reporting tools.
