Call Automation Developer (RPA Developer)

Role Overview: As a Call Automation Developer at Nao Medical, you will design, develop, and maintain automated call systems utilizing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. Your main focus will be on creating intelligent bots to automate tasks and enhance customer service workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots with integrated AI capabilities such as natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics. - Automation of call center processes including inbound and outbound call handling, customer inquiries, data entry, and workflow management. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify processes suitable for automation and AI enhancement, and propose intelligent solutions. - Create process flow diagrams, solution architecture, and technical documentation for RPA and AI implementations. - Monitor bot performance, AI outcomes, and call system efficiency to optimize processes and improve user experience. - Participate in the company's automation innovation incentive program by proposing and developing solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in RPA development with a solid understanding of AI technologies, telephony systems, and voice recognition. - Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C#, with experience in AI/ML libraries and tools. - Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
