We focus on a synergy that blends People, Process and Technology together to bring you world-class strategies and growth solution About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Group CFO to join our senior leadership team. You will be a strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Directors, providing financial leadership, insights, and guidance to drive profitable growth and shareholder value. As the head of the finance function, you will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, tax planning, and risk management. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with the Group's long-term vision and objectives. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that support the Group's overall business objectives and growth plans. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals. Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insightful reports and recommendations to the CEO and Board. Oversee the Group's financial risk management framework and implement strategies to mitigate risks. Stay abreast of market trends and economic developments to identify potential opportunities and challenges. Direct and oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards. Establish and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity. Lead capital raising initiatives, including debt and equity financing, to support business expansion and strategic investments. Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors. Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions from a financial perspective. Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring full compliance with all relevant tax regulations, including GST and Income Tax. Manage relationships with tax authorities and external auditors. Oversee the Group's transfer pricing function. Develop and implement strategies for effective cash flow management and working capital optimization. Manage the Group's banking relationships and ensure optimal utilization of credit facilities. Lead the process of sourcing funding for the organization, including debt financing, equity raising, and other financial instruments. Oversee ESOP administration, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Ensure adherence to best practices in corporate governance and reporting. Prepare and present financial information to the Board of Directors and investors. Qualifications & Expertise: CA (Chartered Accountant) (Mandatory qualification) Proven experience in ESOP administration. (Mandatory Skill) Fundraising (large scale) & Corporate Finance: (Mandatory skill) Proficiency in SAP B1 needed. (Mandatory skill) Minimum 5+ years of experience as a CFO in a leading service industry company. CS (Company Secretary) or legal qualification will be a strong advantage. Proven track record of managing the financial operations of multiple, diverse companies within a large group structure. In-depth knowledge and experience in accounts and finance management, taxation (GST, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing), EBITA, financial modelling, and forecasting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire a team. Lead capital raising initiatives, including debt and equity financing, to support business expansion and strategic investments. Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors also add new options for fund raising. Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions from a financial perspective. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in financial modelling and SAP systems, with proven experience working with SAP. Maximum age of 45 years. Experience in the service industry, particularly in sectors aligned with the Group's business interests, is a strong plus. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate restructuring activities. Proven ability to source funding for the organization, demonstrating strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Experience working with a multinational or geographically dispersed organization. Fluency in English and Hindi with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
