Key Responsibilities: Workday Reporting Develop, enhance, and maintain Advanced , Matrix , and Calculated Field reports in Workday. Gather reporting requirements from HR, Finance, and business teams and translate them into effective Workday reports. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with security and confidentiality policies. Troubleshoot and resolve report-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Support Workday system upgrades and new feature releases impacting reporting. Excel & Data Analysis Extract, analyze, and present Workday data using Excel (Intermediate) functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, and basic formulas. Prepare management reports and dashboards for decision-making. Combine Workday data with other data sources for consolidated reporting when required. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with HRIS, HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure reports align with business needs. Train business users on Workday reporting capabilities and self-service options.
