Job Description: We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Counter Sales Executive to join our reputed cake shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling walk-in and telephonic inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the counter. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers at the counter in a friendly and professional manner Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable cake and bakery items Handle sales transactions and process billing accurately Attend to phone calls and take cake orders or custom requests Maintain proper display of cakes and bakery items Monitor and manage inventory levels on a daily basis Ensure cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and display area Coordinate with kitchen staff for order fulfillment and availability Handle customer complaints or queries efficiently
