Prepare and share client visit reports, order summaries, and feedback to the management. Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of B2B orders. Understand client needs and recommend suitable products. Monitor competitor activity and market trends. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales (preferably in FMCG, food service, or bakery). Strong local network and market knowledge of Ashiyana & lucknow region. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory). Basic knowledge of Excel/WhatsApp for order and reporting. Sales Target: Achieve a minimum of ₹1.5 – ₹2 Lakhs of B2B monthly sales. Add 5–8 new institutional clients per month. Ensure minimum 90% client retention rate through timely service and satisfaction.
