Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai for the role of Manager. The Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and lead and mentor the team to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, inventory management, quality assurance, and creating a positive and productive work environment. Additionally, the Manager will contribute to strategic planning to drive business growth and efficiency. Qualifications Leadership and Team Management skills to effectively guide and motivate staff. Operational Experience in managing day-to-day operations, inventory, and scheduling. Customer Service and Interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction and handle feedback. Problem-solving, Decision-making, and Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of Financial Management, including budgeting and cost control, is an advantage. Strong Communication and Conflict Resolution skills to maintain a positive work environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in a management role within the hospitality or consumer services industry is advantageous.
