Cafe Customer Service

You will be a part of Subko, a company dedicated to revolutionizing the Indian Subcontinent's specialty coffee, craft baking, and pod-to-bar chocolate making industries. From sourcing raw materials to crafting products in-house, you will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality coffee, bake, and chocolate experience to our guests. - Communicate effectively in English and engage with customers at the counter to assist with placing orders. - Punch orders into the system and ensure timely delivery of coffees and baked goods to guests. - Maintain cleanliness of tables after guests leave and engage in conversations to offer suggestions when needed. - Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience and that service and dining areas are clean and well-supplied. - Maintain accurate collection balances at the end of each shift. - Strong communication skills in English. - Ability to work well in a team and seek out tasks. - Eagerness to learn about food and beverages. - Willingness to be multi-skilled. - High level of attentiveness. - Basic knowledge of accounting and ledger maintenance.
