Job-Location: Bangalore, India Project duration: 6-months, may extend as per the requirement. Salary: Net Take-away: ₹10-20k per month Perks: Accommodation for employee, including 3 time meals. Role: This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Design Engineer (Mechanical). The project is being executed & delivered in Bangalore, India. You'll be mainly working on design & development of products, utilizing SolidWorks, and collaborating with other mechanical and controls engineering team members. Daily tasks will include Analyzing the Engineering & Project requirements Brain-storming & creating concepts using SolidWorks Participating in Design Reviews Collaborating in Rapid-prototyping & finalizing the design Prepare & review technical drawings. Assist in testing of prototypes and gathering feedback Assessment of design based on requirements and standards like EN & IS. It's an on-site role, meaning you need to visit client’s office regularly. Sunday and alternate Saturdays are non-working. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field Diploma in Mechanical (with experience of at-least 1-2 years in Machining or Assembly domain) Good understanding of Strength of Materials, Kinematics & Material Selection. Proficiency in SolidWorks, especially Advanced 3D Modelling, Weldments, Sheet-Metal Good understanding of Engineering Drawings, including GD&T General understanding of automation components like sensors, motors, controllers, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Experience of 0-1 years in a similar role is a plus Hands-on F.E.A. & Motion Study is a plus
