Job Title: Mechanical CAD Trainer / Faculty / Instructor Company: CADDESK Marathalli Location: Marathalli, Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office) Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 (Based on experience & expertise) Job Description CADDESK Marathalli is looking for a passionate and skilled Mechanical CAD Trainer/Faculty/Instructor to join our team. The role involves training and mentoring students and professionals in various Mechanical CAD software, ensuring they gain strong technical expertise and industry-ready skills. Key Responsibilities Conduct classroom and lab sessions on AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks , and other Mechanical CAD tools. Design and deliver training modules, assignments, and assessments. Guide students on projects, real-time applications, and industry practices. Stay updated with the latest CAD technologies and incorporate them into training. Provide individual support and career guidance to students. Maintain training reports, attendance, and student progress records. Required Skills & Competencies Proficiency in AutoCAD, CATIA, and SolidWorks . Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical Engineering fundamentals. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to train freshers and experienced learners effectively. Passion for teaching and mentoring. Qualifications Education: B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
