CAD Trainer – MEP & HVAC

Job Description:

We are looking for a technically skilled and passionate CAD Trainer – MEP & HVAC to deliver high-quality training to students in building services engineering. The candidate must be proficient in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) design and HVAC systems using CAD tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-depth training on MEP drafting and design using AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, and other relevant tools.
• Teach HVAC system layouts, duct design, load calculations, and plumbing/firefighting layouts.
• Explain electrical services layout and load schedules.
• Provide hands-on lab sessions with real-world project simulations.
• Prepare students for industry-ready project work and interviews.
• Evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and maintain training quality.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and HVAC Design principles.
• Understanding of plumbing, fire-fighting, and electrical layouts.
• 1+ years of experience in training or real-time project work (preferred).
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Load calculation tools (e.g., HAP, Carrier software – optional).
• Understanding of building codes and standards.
• Ability to handle students of varying experience levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
