Job Description

BIM Model Creation and Management:Develop, update, and maintain MEP BIM models utilizing industry-standard software such as Revit and AutoCAD MEP
Ensure strict adherence to project requirements, standards, and protocols to maintain model accuracy and integrity
Cross-Disciplinary Coordination:Conduct thorough coordination of MEP models with other disciplines, including structural and architectural components
Implement rigorous clash detection and resolution processes to mitigate potential conflicts
Technical Documentation and Detailing:Produce precise drawings, layouts, and shop drawings in strict accordance with project specifications
Maintain comprehensive documentation and implement robust version control measures for all BIM models
Quality Assurance and Compliance:Perform regular and systematic quality checks to ensure model accuracy and compliance with industry standards
Promptly identify and report any design or coordination issues to senior team members for immediate resolution
Professional Development and Knowledge Transfer:Maintain current knowledge of cutting-edge BIM technologies, software updates, and industry best practices
Provide essential support to senior modellers and project leads in training and mentoring initiatives
