Job Description

Develop precise and accurate patterns based on design specifications for woven/knit garments.
Collaborate with design and product development teams to translate design concepts into production-ready patterns.
Use CAD software (Lectra, Gerber, Optitex, etc.) to create, modify, and grade patterns.
Ensure efficiency and quality in pattern development using advanced CAD functionalities.
Work with sample technicians to generate initial samples and prototypes, ensuring construction accuracy.
Implement grading standards to maintain proper fit across all sizes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,894.19 - ₹45,760.53 per month
