CAD Designer/3D Visualiser

Role Overview: As a 3D Visualizer / CAD Drafter for Interior Design, your main responsibility will be to create high-quality 3D renders and CAD drawings to support premium interior design projects handled by our Dubai office. You will play a crucial role in converting design concepts into detailed drawings and collaborating with the team to meet international standards. Key Responsibilities: - Creating photorealistic 3D renders of interior spaces based on architectural drawings. - Converting design concepts into detailed CAD drawings. - Assisting in design modeling, material selection, and presentation layouts. - Collaborating with the Dubai team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Qualifications Required: - Educational background in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields. - Proficiency in one or more of the following software: SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop. - Strong design sense and attention to detail. - Freshers or individuals with up to 2 years of experience are welcome; a strong portfolio can outweigh experience. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment. Company Details: The company is building a small, specialized 3D visualization and drafting team in Surat to support its Dubai office. The Dubai office focuses on premium interior design projects, and the Surat team will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D renders and CAD drawings to meet international standards.
