About the job:

We are seeking a talented 3D CAD Designer to join our team at Archivision Design & Construction Services. If you have a passion for creating visually stunning designs and are proficient in Autodesk 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Autodesk Revit, V-Ray, and Lumion, or various other 3D CAD-related software, then we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities: 1. Create detailed 2D and 3D models for architectural projects using a variety of software programs. 2. Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and efficiency in design plans. 3. Develop realistic renderings and visualizations to help clients visualize the final product. 4. Assist in the creation and modification of construction documents for permit approval. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and software advancements to continuously improve design skills. 6. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met. 7. Provide support in the coordination of design elements with various stakeholders throughout the construction process.
