CAD Designer

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D CADD drawings and models of fire protection systems, including sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, standpipe systems, fire suppression systems, and smoke control systems.
• Utilize CADD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Micro Station) to create accurate layouts, schematics, riser diagrams, and details for fire protection installations.
• Incorporate fire safety codes, standards (e.g., NFPA, IS Standard), and project specifications into CADD designs.
• Collaborate closely with PHE& fire protection engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to ensure the accurate and coordinated integration of fire protection systems into building designs.
• Review and interpret engineering specifications, calculations, and sketches to develop CADD drawings.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with other building MEP services (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) within the CADD environment.
• Prepare and maintain drawing lists, revisions, and other project-related documentation.
• Ensure all CADD drawings are produced to company standards and project requirements.
• Potentially assist with site visits to gather information or review installations against design drawings.
