Job descriptionSenior Sales Officer (B2B Sales for Chocolates/Chocolate Products/Corporate gifting)Identify potential business clients for ingredients & corporate gifting buyers.Develop and maintain a database of prospectsEstablish and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to build trust and loyalty.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication.Provide detailed information about our chocolate products, including flavors, pricing, and customization options.Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.Prepare and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.Ensure timely closing of deals and documentation.Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to fulfill client requirements efficiently.Ensure proper sales forecasting & inventory management to meet client requirementsDesired skills :Sales and Negotiation SkillsCommunication and Interpersonal SkillsProduct KnowledgeProblem-Solving SkillsTeamwork and CollaborationNetworking Skills products/services.
